Year-end financial summary and treasurer's report. Planning for 2026 road improvements and community priorities.
The fourth quarter closed out a productive year for the Inglewood Maintenance Commission. The treasurer presented the year-end financial summary at the December board meeting, confirming the association finished within budget.
Planning sessions for 2026 road improvements were held in November and December. The board prioritized the north-end resurfacing project and identified two secondary drainage concerns for early-year review.
The board thanks all residents for their continued engagement and timely assessment payments, which make it possible to maintain the quality of our shared roads and easements.
