Road resurfacing on the north end is complete. The board reviewed assessment schedules and approved two maintenance contracts.
The third quarter of 2026 brought significant progress on the road resurfacing project along the north end of the Inglewood Country Club Tracts. Work was completed on schedule and within the approved budget.
The board met in July and September to review the annual assessment schedule and approved two maintenance contracts for drainage upkeep and tree trimming along the shared easements.
Residents are encouraged to report any new road concerns or drainage issues to the board using the contact form so they can be evaluated for inclusion in the Q4 work plan.
