Annual meeting recap, budget approval, and board election results. New road maintenance schedule published for the year.
The annual membership meeting was held on the second Monday of May. Residents approved the 2026 operating budget and elected board members for the coming term. A full summary of the meeting minutes is available from the board upon request.
The 2026 road maintenance schedule has been finalized and published. Priority sections were identified based on the condition assessment completed in late 2025, with north-end resurfacing slated for Q3.
The board also reviewed the association's insurance coverage and confirmed all policies are current. Residents with questions about coverage or assessments are welcome to reach out through the contact page.
