Spring cleanup initiative wrapped up with strong resident participation. Drainage improvements on the east easement are underway.
The spring cleanup initiative concluded in May with excellent turnout from residents across the neighborhood. Volunteers helped clear debris from shared easements and assisted with minor road edge repairs.
Drainage improvement work on the east easement began in June. The project is expected to reduce seasonal pooling that has affected two road sections near the lower tracts.
The board also reviewed the mid-year financial position and confirmed the maintenance reserve remains on track with projections presented at the annual meeting.
