Assessments & Income
Annual assessments were collected on schedule from all member properties. Assessment rates remain unchanged from the prior year. A small number of delinquent accounts are being addressed in accordance with the Commission's collection policy.
Road Maintenance & Operations
The largest share of operating expenses went toward road maintenance, including the north-end resurfacing project completed in Q3. Routine maintenance contracts for drainage upkeep and tree trimming along shared easements were also renewed.
Reserve Fund
The Commission maintains a reserve fund to cover major capital expenditures and unexpected repairs. The current balance reflects contributions made in accordance with the board-approved reserve study. The fund remains on track with long-term projections.
Looking Ahead
The 2026 budget was approved at the annual membership meeting and accounts for planned road improvements on the south end of the tracts. The board is committed to maintaining fiscal discipline while investing in the long-term health of our shared infrastructure.
