Our planned priorities, capital investments, and financial outlook for 2027.
Each year the Board publishes a forward-looking projections document to keep residents informed about planned expenditures, capital improvement priorities, and the Commission's strategic focus for the coming year. The figures and priorities below are placeholders — the Board will update this page with final approved numbers following the 2026 Annual Meeting.
Budget & Financial Projections
The following is a summary of the Commission's projected income and expenditures for 2027. All figures are subject to Board approval at the Annual Meeting.
Annual Assessments
Projected assessment revenue from all member properties.
Road Maintenance & Repairs
Routine maintenance, patching, and scheduled resurfacing.
Capital Improvements
Major infrastructure projects approved for 2027.
Administrative & Insurance
Operating costs, legal, accounting, and liability insurance.
Reserve Fund Contribution
Annual contribution to the long-term reserve fund.
Final budget figures will be presented and voted on at the 2027 Annual Meeting.
