Annual Letter from the Board

It is our privilege to serve the Inglewood Country Club Tracts as your Board of Trustees. This past year has been one of meaningful progress — from road improvements to strengthened community engagement — and we are grateful for the trust you place in us.

Our primary focus this year has been the continued maintenance and improvement of our private road network. We completed resurfacing on the north end of the tracts and approved a drainage improvement project on the east easement that will reduce seasonal pooling for years to come.

Financially, the Commission remains in a strong position. The annual assessment was collected on schedule, and we ended the year within budget. The Treasurer's Report provides a full accounting of our income, expenses, and reserve balance.

Looking ahead to 2026, the Board has identified several priorities: continued road maintenance on the south end, a review of our governing documents, and increased communication with residents through this website and our annual meeting.

We encourage every resident to attend the annual membership meeting, held on the second Monday of May. Your participation shapes the direction of our community. Please do not hesitate to reach out to any board member with questions, concerns, or ideas.
